Reginald Voth is a prickly queen whose (horrible) mother is (finally) dead. When he returns to the ancestral Appalachian homestead where she raised him, however, he finds her house is haunted (or worse), a suburban cul-de-sac sprawls where her front yard used to be, and his favorite adult “content creator” inexplicably lives next door.
